Native Integration with ADP

ADP Voice of the Employee is a native feature of ADP Workforce Now®. While other third-party survey tools require you to import and export employee data to create audiences and segments, Voice of the Employee leverages your existing HR platform to simplify survey creation, deployment, and automation.

Note: To use this product, you must have ADP Workforce Now with Enhanced HR.

As a native feature, Voice of the Employee can:

  • Ensure that employee data is timely and accurate.
  • Broadcast notifications and alerts where employees are likely to engage.
